These Website Terms govern your use of joinreeb.com (the “Site”), operated by Real Estate Equity Builders, LLC (“REEB”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about working with REEB, including independent-contractor opportunities and the Driver Display Program, and lets you submit applications and interest forms. Information on the Site is general information only. It is not an offer of employment, a guarantee of income, or legal, tax, financial or real-estate advice.

2. No guarantee of results

Any compensation figures or examples on the Site describe how REEB’s programs are structured. They are not promises of earnings. Actual results vary, and all compensation is governed by the written agreement you sign with REEB.

3. Your submissions

• Information you submit must be accurate and must belong to you or be something you have the right to share.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights, and do not upload malware.
• By submitting files (such as a resume, video or seat photo), you allow REEB to store, review and use them to evaluate your submission and run the related program. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, submitting automated or fraudulent form entries, or generating artificial QR-code or page activity.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design, logos and the REEB name are owned by or licensed to REEB. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires REEB’s written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as translation tools. REEB is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, REEB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. REEB does not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, REEB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. REEB’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.

9. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

REEB may update these Website Terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
