We're a growing US real estate investment company looking for a driven, people-first Acquisition Assistant. This is a substantial income opportunity — not a side gig — with a clear growth path into an Acquisition Assistant Manager role, or to build your own AA team. You choose your Farm Area (the ZIP codes near home you're willing to drive), and leads are assigned to the AA who lives closest. REEB's digital systems send voicemails, texts, and emails in your name and your voice to For Sale By Owner sellers and owners of vacant properties — and motivated sellers call you back. You build trust, learn their situation, and negotiate fair A-to-B deals, with REEB and REWN Mentor oversight and assistance on every deal. You'll work houses, vacant land, and commercial property, with the option to pass on any lead outside your comfort zone.
We're a growing US real estate wholesaling company looking for a driven, relationship-focused Disposition Assistant to help us close out deals with buyers. You'll work closely with our buyer's list, matching them to properties under contract, and driving B-to-C contracts to closing.

Every current opening — Acquisition Assistant and Disposition Assistant — is an independent contractor (1099) role, not W-2 employment. You're paid per executed Seller Contract rather than a salary, and you're responsible for your own taxes as a self-employed contractor.
These are independent contractor roles with no base salary and no employee benefits — no health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plan. You're paid per executed Seller Contract, not a fixed wage.
$1,000 per executed Seller Contract (plus $500 for vacant property transactions) — paid once you secure a signed A-to-B contract with the seller. We generally expect to pay within 5 business days of the Seller Contract being executed.
Yes — REEB pays a $3,000 bonus for every 5 executed Seller Contracts, with no cap, plus an $18,000 bonus at 20 executed Seller Contracts. At 2.5 executed contracts a month (30 a year), that's $66,000 a year: $30,000 in per-contract pay plus $36,000 in bonuses.
Yes — three additional opportunities: a Negotiation Bonus of 17.5% of the amount you negotiate below the Company's target price on a deal; $2,500 per closing, in place of (not in addition to) standard per-transaction pay, for deals you generate yourself through your own Company-approved marketing; and a Funding Referral Commission of 1% of the loan amount for referring any real estate investor to REEB's funding partner for a qualifying investment-property loan, open to any Acquisition Assistant at any time.
The Acquisition Assistant works the "A-to-B" side of a deal — talking with motivated sellers and negotiating a purchase contract. The Disposition Assistant works the "B-to-C" side — marketing properties already under contract to REEB's buyer's list and negotiating them through to closing.
Yes — exceptional performance can lead to a promotion to Acquisition Assistant Manager, overseeing a team of Acquisition Assistants, or to building your own AA team.
"A-to-B" is the contract between the seller (A) and REEB (B). "B-to-C" is the contract between REEB (B) and the end buyer (C). REEB's fee is our profit on the deal — the spread between the A-to-B price and the B-to-C price.

Your time goes into conversations with interested sellers, and you visit a property once the seller is interested.
All vacant leads go to Acquisition Assistants — houses, land, and commercial property alike. If a lead is outside your comfort zone, like a mid-sized motel, you're free to pass on it.
You can pass on any lead that's outside your comfort zone — no explanation required. And on every deal you do take on, you have REEB and REWN Mentor oversight and assistance the whole way through, so you're never working it alone.
No license is required to apply, and real estate experience is a plus rather than a requirement. You are expected to operate in compliance with all real estate laws applicable in your area, so it's on you to understand any state-specific rules around wholesaling activity where you work.
Yes, you set your own hours — but you must be available to answer, or promptly return, seller calls and texts after each outreach batch goes out, plus any scheduled seller calls and check-ins with your Acquisition Manager.
Yes — as an independent contractor you're free to take on other work. Just know that follow-up speed and consistency make or break results here, since deals move fast and go to whoever responds first.
These roles require you to live in one of the specific counties listed. Those counties are the markets REEB is actively working sellers and buyers in.
None going in — the tools and training to evaluate homes and deals (property condition, offer ranges, repair estimates, buying criteria) are provided, along with word-for-word scripts for every voicemail, text, and call-back. Before you go live, you'll practice the scripts and complete a short Script Presentation & Role-Play with REEB.
No. There's no cost to apply or to work with REEB — leads, tools, and training are provided. You're never asked to pay for software, purchase leads, or buy a course.
