Driver Display Program Terms
Effective September 23, 2026 · Real Estate Equity Builders, LLC
These Driver Display Program Terms (“Program Terms”) describe how the Real Estate Equity Builders, LLC (“REEB”) Driver Display Program (the “Program”) works. Submitting the interest form on joinreeb.com does not enroll you in the Program. Enrollment happens only after REEB confirms display fit, invites you to participate, and you sign REEB’s written participation agreement. If the participation agreement differs from these Program Terms, the signed agreement controls.
1. Program overview
Participating drivers (“Advertising Affiliates”) carry a REEB advertising display behind the front passenger seat of their vehicle, where it is visible to rear-seat passengers. Advertising Affiliates are paid for maintaining approved advertising space and for eligible completed results attributed to their assigned display.
2. Eligibility and enrollment
- You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and be legally able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for making sure that carrying the display is allowed under any rideshare-platform rules, vehicle lease or financing terms, and local laws that apply to you.
- REEB may accept or decline any applicant, and may limit the number of Advertising Affiliates in any area.
- Before payments begin, you must provide the tax information REEB requests (such as a Form W-9).
3. The display
- REEB provides a laminated heavy-stock display with an individually assigned QR code. The display remains REEB’s property unless REEB states otherwise in writing.
- The display mounts behind the front passenger seat using thin bungee cords or zip ties. No drilling, adhesive, exterior wrap or permanent alteration is required or permitted.
- You may remove the display when you are not driving. Please report a damaged, lost or missing display promptly so REEB can replace it.
- If you change vehicles, notify REEB so the display can be reinstalled or replaced.
4. Compensation
Monthly display fee: $20 per month, payable for each month the approved display remains properly installed and presentable. REEB may request a current photo confirming placement. The fee is not based on QR-code scans.
Qualified-Result Advertising Bonuses, for completed results attributed to your display:
- $300 when REEB completes an eligible property acquisition.
- $200 when a buyer completes an eligible REEB transaction.
- $500 when a previously unknown prospect attributed to your display closes and funds an eligible business-purpose real-estate investment loan to a business entity.
Optional verified-appointment bonus. REEB may offer a $25 bonus when a previously unknown, eligible prospect attributed to your display completes a scheduled consultation with REEB. A scan or form submission alone does not earn this bonus.
Advertising Affiliates do not receive a percentage of any purchase price, loan amount, commission or transaction proceeds. Bonus amounts are fixed and may be changed by REEB going forward with notice. Changes do not reduce amounts already earned.
5. When compensation is earned and paid
- Monthly display fees are paid on REEB’s published monthly payment schedule.
- Verified-appointment bonuses are paid after the consultation occurs and is confirmed.
- Completed-transaction bonuses are earned only when the underlying transaction closes and funds, and are paid within 15 business days after closing and REEB’s receipt of cleared funds. A signed contract or submitted loan application is not, by itself, a completed transaction.
- All compensation is subject to eligibility requirements, proper attribution, and any applicable legal or lender-program approval. Compensation is not wages, commissions or guaranteed income. Individual results will vary.
6. Attribution
- Each display has its own QR code and attribution link. A scan establishes initial attribution but does not, by itself, earn compensation.
- An eligible prospect must be new to REEB’s active database and must provide enough information to be matched to the original display response.
- The attribution period is 12 months from a prospect’s first recorded response, unless the participation agreement states otherwise.
- REEB may review unusual or conflicting attribution before approving a bonus, and REEB’s reasonable, good-faith determination of attribution is final.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep the display properly mounted, visible and reasonably presentable.
- Do not cover, alter or relocate the display without REEB’s approval.
- Do not scan your own QR code or arrange duplicate, automated or artificial activity.
- Do not pressure passengers to scan.
- Do not explain, recommend or negotiate REEB’s real-estate or financing services, and do not quote prices, loan terms, rates or eligibility requirements.
- Do not collect property, personal or financial information for REEB. Direct interested passengers to the display and QR code.
- Return any REEB-owned display materials when your participation ends.
Suggested answer to passenger questions: “I carry the advertising display, but I don’t handle the program details. The QR code will connect you directly with REEB.”
8. Invalid activity
Duplicate, automated, self-generated or otherwise invalid activity does not qualify for payment. If REEB determines in good faith that compensation was paid because of invalid activity or incorrect attribution, REEB may withhold or offset that amount against future payments and may end your participation.
9. Independent contractor relationship
Advertising Affiliates are independent contractors who provide approved advertising-display space. Participation does not create an employment, agency, brokerage, loan-origination, partnership or joint-venture relationship. Advertising Affiliates are not authorized to act or speak for REEB, and are responsible for their own taxes. REEB will provide tax reporting (such as Form 1099) where required.
10. No platform affiliation
Real Estate Equity Builders, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of Uber Technologies, Inc. or Lyft, Inc. Uber and Lyft are trademarks of their respective owners.
11. Ending participation
You may end your participation at any time by notifying REEB and returning REEB-owned display materials. REEB may end the Program or your participation at any time. Monthly display fees earned through the end date, and bonuses for completed results attributed to your display within the attribution period, remain payable under these Program Terms unless participation ended because of invalid activity or a material breach.
12. Sponsored displays
REEB Acquisition Assistants may place displays with drivers under REEB’s written program rules. No one other than REEB may promise compensation or change these Program Terms without REEB’s written authorization. All Advertising Affiliate payments are administered centrally by REEB.
13. Liability
You are responsible for safely operating your vehicle and for installing the display so it does not interfere with passenger safety, seat operation or airbag deployment areas. To the extent permitted by law, REEB is not responsible for damage to your vehicle arising from how the display is installed or used, and REEB’s total liability relating to the Program is limited to the compensation owed to you under these Program Terms.
14. Governing law and changes
These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. REEB may update these Program Terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version. Changes apply going forward and do not reduce compensation already earned.
