This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Equity Builders, LLC (“REEB,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through joinreeb.com, including the Driver Display Program pages and application forms (the “Site”).
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Site, we collect what you enter, which may include:
- Driver Display Program interest form: full name, mobile phone number, email address, city and state, the approximate width of the back of your front passenger seat, and an optional photo of that seatback.
- Career applications: name, contact details, location preferences, and any resume, video or other files and information you choose to upload.
- Any other information you include in messages to us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site or scan a REEB QR code, we and our hosting provider may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps, and the QR code or attribution link you used. We may use first-party cookies or similar technologies to recognize a returning browser.
QR-code attribution. Each Driver Display Program display has its own QR code and attribution link. The code identifies the display a visitor came from, not the passenger’s device or identity. We use attribution data, IP address, cookies, browser information and timestamps to credit results to the correct display and to filter duplicate, automated or artificial traffic.
2. How we use information
- To review applications and interest forms, confirm display fit, and contact you about next steps.
- To administer the Driver Display Program, including attribution, payments, tax reporting and fraud prevention.
- To respond to your questions and communicate with you by phone, text message or email when you have agreed to that.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Text messages and phone calls
If you check the consent box on a Site form, you agree that REEB may contact you by telephone, text message or email about the program or position you asked about. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any REEB product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You can also opt out by contacting us using the details below.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, email, telephone and messaging providers, who may use it only to provide services to us.
- With REEB team members and contractors who need it to review your submission or administer the program, including an Acquisition Assistant who sponsored the display you came from.
- When required by law, legal process or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of REEB, our users or others.
- In connection with a merger, sale or transfer of all or part of our business.
- With your consent.
5. Translation feature
Some Site pages offer an “Other” language option powered by Google Translate. If you choose it, page content is sent to Google to translate it, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to that service.
6. Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including program administration, tax and record-keeping requirements, and resolving disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
- You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you submitted, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and of emails by using the unsubscribe instruction or contacting us.
- You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some Site features may not work properly if you do.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
